You can easily transfer your lessons from Prowise Presenter or Smart Notebook using the Import feature. Follow the steps below to export your lessons and ensure compatibility.

Step 1: Export Your Lesson

  • From Prowise Presenter: Export your lesson as a .iwb file.

  • From Smart Notebook: Export your lesson using the CFF file type. Although Smart Notebook refers to it as CFF, it is compatible with .iwb files.

Step 2: Import to your lesson environment

  1. Log in and open the main interface.

  2. Click the ellipsis icon (⋯) in the toolbar to open the menu.

  3. Select Import.

You’ll see a window asking you to choose the file source:

  • Own device – Upload directly from your computer.

  • Google Drive – Connect and pull in files stored in your Google account.

  • OneDrive – Import content from your Microsoft OneDrive account.

Supported File Types

You can import a wide variety of file formats, including:

  • Documents & Slides: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .pps, .ppsx, .rtf, .txt, .xps

  • Spreadsheets: .xls, .xlsx

  • Images: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif

  • Audio: .mp3, .wav

  • Video: .mp4, .webm

  • Interactive lessons: .iwb (compatible with many third-party tools)

Once uploaded, your lesson will be added directly to the whiteboard, ready for use and further customization.

Extra Information:

Lessons with multiple pages in Prowise or Smart Notebook will automatically import as multiple slides, preserving your content's structure.
