The Activity Manager is a digital board where students can choose their own activities. It’s especially useful for planning centers, rotations, or independent work. You can add activities with fun illustrations (or your own images) and let students select by dragging their names to the activity boxes.

How it works:

  1. Open the settings

    • Select a group of students from your student lists.

    • You need to select at least one group in order to use the tool.

  2. Add activities

    • Click Add activities and choose from the library of illustrations, or upload your own.

    • You can add up to 12 activities per day.

    • Set how many students can join each activity.

    • Customize activity colors if you’d like.

  3. Save and display

    • Once you save, the activities will appear on the board.

    • Students can drag their names to an activity, or you can assign them yourself.

  4. Manage daily activities

    • Use the arrows at the top to switch between days.

    • The tool saves your activities, so you can plan ahead for the entire week.

💡Tip: Use the Activity Manager for smooth classroom organization. Planning centers in advance saves time, and giving students ownership by letting them choose activities builds independence and motivation.
