The Number Generator creates random numbers that you can use for math activities, games, or to select students. It’s a flexible classroom tool that makes number practice more interactive and fun.

How it works:

  1. Add the tool to your board

    • A number card will appear in the middle of the screen.

    • Use the arrows on either side to move through numbers or press the Shuffle button to generate a random number.

  2. Open settings

    • Click the gear icon to customize the tool.

    • Choose which numbers (up to 100) should be included in the generator. You can:

      • Select or deselect individual numbers.

      • Use quick selections (e.g., 1–10, 1–20, 1–50, 1–100).

      • Deselect all and pick only the numbers you want.

  3. Shuffle options

    • Decide whether to show or hide the shuffle button.

    • With the shuffle button visible, students can generate random numbers themselves during activities.

  4. Save your settings

    • After saving, the generator will only use the numbers you selected.

💡Tip: Use the Number Generator in a variety of ways.

  • Call on students by assigning each child a number.

  • Practice number recognition or counting with younger students.

  • Generate numbers for quick math problems, games, or challenges.
