With the Video Player, you can add YouTube or Vimeo videos directly to your digital whiteboard. This allows you to enrich your lessons with educational videos, songs, or clips. When you add more than one video, the tool turns into a playlist that can play them one after another. This makes it easy to build your own video collection for the classroom.

How it works:

  1. Open the Video Player tool.

  2. In the settings screen, paste a YouTube or Vimeo URL into the bar at the top.

  3. Click Add to include the video. It will appear in the overview below.

  4. Add more videos by repeating the steps. You can drag them to change the order.

  5. Click Save when your playlist is ready.

  6. Play the videos directly from your lesson on the whiteboard. Use the buttons below the player to skip forward, play the next video, or shuffle the order.

Settings:

  • Add or remove videos: Use the URL bar to add, and the red trash icon to remove.

  • Change video order: Drag and drop videos in the list.

  • Start at a specific time (YouTube only): Copy the video URL with a time stamp from YouTube’s “Share” option, or manually add ?t=XX to the URL (for example: https://youtu.be/example?t=33 to start at 33 seconds).

💡Tip: Create a playlist of your most-used videos for quick access during class. For example, add morning routine songs, educational clips, or movement breaks so they are always just one click away.
