The Table Maker allows you to quickly build and customize tables for use in your lessons. You can decide how many rows and columns you need, format the content, and choose different table styles.

How it works:

  1. Open the Table Maker tool.

  2. A blank table appears on your board.

  3. Move the table by clicking and dragging the empty space around its border.

  4. Add text to any cell by clicking inside it. Use the text formatting bar at the bottom to change alignment, bold, italic, underline, or color.

  5. To add more rows or columns, drag the blue buttons on the right or bottom edges of the table.

  6. Resize the whole table by dragging the corner handle on the bottom right.

Settings:

Open the Settings (gear icon) to customize your table:

  • Rows and columns: Set the number directly instead of dragging.

  • Table options:

    • Ratio table: Hides the outer border.

    • Total row: Adds a double line above the bottom row.

    • Invisible table: Hides all lines when not editing.

💡Tip: Use the Table Maker to organize information visually. For example, create a schedule, compare vocabulary words in two languages, or track student answers in a class quiz. For math lessons, the ratio table and total row options make it especially useful for calculations and structured practice.
