The Calculator tool lets you show calculations directly on the interactive whiteboard. You can use it as support while solving problems, or to teach students how to use a calculator correctly.
How it works:
Open the calculator on the board.
Click the number and operation buttons to enter a calculation.
Press the = button to display the result.
The last entered math problem will remain visible in the display.
Press the red C button to clear the screen and start again.
Settings:
Open Settings to choose how numbers are displayed.
Select the separator style that fits your lesson:
Comma for thousands and point for decimals (1,000.00)
Point for thousands and comma for decimals (1.000,00)
💡Tip: Use the calculator as a class-check tool. Let students solve a problem on their own first, then use the calculator together to confirm the answer. This helps them build both calculation skills and calculator confidence.
