The Adjustable Digital Clock is a practical tool for helping students learn to tell time on a digital clock. You can set any time of day and adjust how the clock moves forward or back, which makes it easy to show time changes step by step.

How it works:

  1. Use the + and – buttons under the clock to move the time forward or backward.

  2. Open the settings with the gear icon at the bottom-left corner.

  3. In the settings, set a starting time for the clock.

  4. Choose how many minutes the clock changes with each button press (1, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes).

  5. If needed, hide the buttons by switching to read-only mode.

  6. Use the options menu (…) to pin the clock so it appears on every page of your lesson.

Settings:

  • Start time clock: Choose the exact time where the clock begins.

  • Minutes per step: Decide how much time the clock moves with each button click.

  • Read-only mode: Hide the + and – buttons so students only read the time without adjusting it.

💡Tip: Use larger step sizes, like 15 or 30 minutes, to quickly show how the digital clock changes at familiar times (quarter past, half past, on the hour). This makes it easier for students to see patterns in how digital time is written.
