The touch interface lets you interact with the digital whiteboard in a natural way. You can write with your hand or stylus, erase with your fist, and even use gestures like zooming or scrolling. In addition, you can set the position of your toolbar so it is always within easy reach during your lessons.
How it works:
Open app preferences
Go to your profile page and select App preferences. Here you can adjust the sliders to match your preferences.Touch interface options
Palm rejection: When you rest the palm of your writing hand on the board, the software ignores it so you can keep writing smoothly.
Hand rejection: If you rest your other hand on the board for stability, the software will ignore that input as well.
Erase with fist: Use your fist or palm to erase content directly on the board. You can calibrate this to your preference.
Multi-touch: The software supports unlimited touchpoints (depending on your hardware and browser). This allows several students to interact at the same time.
Gestures: Use touch gestures like scrolling, panning, and zooming with two fingers.
Multi-mode: Assign different functions to finger input and stylus input, so you can easily switch between tools without going back to the toolbar.
Toolbar position
In the same settings, you can choose where the toolbar appears. Select either Bottom or Top, depending on what works best for your teaching style.
💡Tip: Enable Multi-mode to save time while teaching. For example, you can use your stylus for writing and your finger for moving objects. This way you switch functions instantly and keep your lesson flowing without interruptions.
