Some school networks use strict firewalls to protect students and staff. In certain cases, this can prevent educational software from working correctly. Network whitelisting ensures that the platform remains accessible while keeping the network secure.

By allowing a limited set of trusted domains, all essential features continue to work as intended.

Domains to whitelist

Core application

  • *.gynzy.com

Support and messaging

  • *.intercom.io

  • *.intercomcdn.com

  • static.intercomassets.com

Cloud services

  • firestore.googleapis.com

  • storage.googleapis.com

  • europe-west1-unicorn-985.cloudfunctions.net

Stability monitoring

  • sessions.bugsnag.com

Consent management

  • consent.cookiebot.com

  • consentcdn.cookiebot.com

Analytics

  • *.google-analytics.com

  • *.clarity.ms

  • *.amplitude.com

If the platform does not load correctly within a school network, reviewing firewall settings with the IT administrator is recommended.
