Add shapes and insert text

Add shapes

  1. Click the Shapes icon in the toolbar.

  2. Choose from a variety of 2D and 3D shapes, arrows, symbols, and callouts.

  3. Click and drag on the whiteboard to place and resize the shape.

  4. Use the blue handles around the shape to adjust its size, rotate, or move it.

Open the style menu to change the border, fill color, and effects to match your layout.

Insert text

  1. Click the Text Editor (T)tool from the toolbar

  2. Click anywhere in the empty white space to add a text box

  3. Start typing to add your text

Use the formatting bar to adjust your text:

  • Alignment: Align left, center, right, or justify.

  • Lists: Add bullet points or numbered lists.

  • Fractions: Insert fractions like ½ or ⅓.

  • Font styles: Make text bold, italic, underlined, or strikethrough.

  • Size & font: Change the font style and size.

  • Color: Select a text color.

  • Spell check: Click the A icon on the left to check spelling.
