You can easily bring your own documents into the digital whiteboard. This makes it possible to continue working with your existing lesson materials directly on the board.e

How it works:

  1. Click or tap the three dots on the bottom right-hand side of the toolbar.

  2. Select Import.

  3. Choose the source of your file:

    • Own device

    • Google Drive

    • OneDrive

  4. Select the document you want to import.

  5. Each page of your document will be imported as a new slide.

Supported file types:

  1. PDF, PowerPoint, and Word

  2. Images (JPG, PNG, etc.)

  3. Smart Notebook files (.notebook) – editable after import

  4. Promethean Flipchart files (.flipchart) – editable after import

  5. IWB files (.iwb) – editable after import

Document annotation:

Once imported, you can write on the document with the pencil tool or use the highlighter. This allows you to annotate directly during your lesson.

💡Tip: Import your existing lesson materials to save preparation time. You can then annotate, highlight, or add interactive elements to make your documents more engaging for your students.
