Instead of importing class rosters, Gynzy allows you to create student lists directly within tools that use student names.
Create a student list
Open a tool that requires student names, e.g. Classroom Seating Chart.
Create a student list by entering the names directly into the tool.
(e.g. by clicking the 'Manage Students' button in Classroom Seating Chart)
Save and use your list
Once created, your student list will be saved automatically.
The list will be available in any other Gynzy tool that uses student names, so you only need to create it once.
This feature makes it easy to manage student names across different tools without needing to import a class roster.
